Cocoa Processing Plant

Our cocoa processing plant can handle a wide range of capacity, to produce chocolate powder, chocolate paste and chocolate bars. We provide a fully or partially automated processing plant, from roasting, grinding, pressing and packaging of cocoa products. All of our food contact machine parts use stainless steel to ensure the durability and safety of the finished products.
Production steps of coca processing line:
- Automatic cocoa bean roasting machine is versatile for processing cocoa nuts and beans
- The cocoa bean peeling machine is special equipment for processing cocoa beans and peanuts. This machine is vacuum type, it can suck the skin and red peel of cocoa beans.
- After peeling, it is the cocoa paste grinding machine to grind the cocoa beans into paste like structure.
- From this process, the materials are sent to different lines, depending on the final product required.
One more process to make chocolate powder, plus two more processes to produce chocolate spread, while for chocolate bars there are at least 5 different steps before getting chocolate.
The cocoa bean processing line can process 300 kg/h to 500 kg/h of raw materials to produce cocoa oil, chocolate powder, chocolate paste and chocolate bars.
China Africa Sourcing provided cocoa processing unit to roast, grind and package the finished cocoa product, in total 3 finished products: soluble chocolate powder, chocolate spread and cocoa oil.
