The dry process uses dried raw materials to mill the grain or tubers into fine flour, while the wet process, uses wet raw materials straight from the field, which requires a drier system to dry the grain or tuber before processing into flour. This system allows for bigger capacity and optimized production.

The system come also with its own generator set, and the machines are designed to sustain a highly demanding 24h/7 round-the-clock production.
