Case Description – Complete Agro Processing Plant
Corn and Cassava Flour Mill:
We supplied a total of 7 complete mills with drying system, 130TPD input capacity for corn, and 100TPD input capacity for Cassava with factory workshop and Cummins generators for a complete off uninterrupted production.
In 2019, we signed a contract to supply 4 cassava flour mill plants with drier and processing plants with 100 tons of fresh tuber processing capacity. The factory produces refined cassava flour powder of 60 mesh, using fresh cassava tuber fresh from the field. This process accelerates production capacity and efficacy and allows to produce of a higher quality flour by processing fresh raw materials immediately, as opposed to drying for 72hours as it is done without the drying system.
We worked on the complete process, from machinery production coordination and supervision, transport arrangement, installation & commissioning, as well as the training of the factory technicians.

Technical specification & machinery capacity:
Jointly with the end-user, our engineers chose the right machinery and capacity to fulfill the required production capacity in a remote area, combined with economic and cost-saving techniques to achieve optimum production while minimizing factory running cost, such as the recycling of the heat, generated by the boiler to dry cassava, by recycling the vapor the boiler can save up to 20% of fuel for similar capacity.
For the stainless steel boiler water tank, the steel plate was brought and welded on-site, to minimize transport cost, as the transport of the finished water steel tank would have been costly.
