Case Description – 5 Stars Kinshasa hotel
In February 2019, we signed the contract to provide the following services: design of interior parts of the hotel (rooms, public areas and suites), procurement and supply of customised furniture for interior of the hotel and installation.
1. Design Services:
The design, done by our partner designer house (Yichuang Design Studio) consisted of designing standard bed room, business suite, Presidential suite, executive lounge and restaurant, and Lobby area. The design work included the production of 3D design and the supervision of the manufacturing of the customised furniture and items to match the produced 3D.

2. Customised Furniture Production, Inspection & Shipping:
In June 2019, we started the production at our furniture manufacturing partner plant Creation Furniture. During the production phase, our technical inspection department conducted in production inspection for the raw materials. The sample room furniture production was completed in July 2019, then we shipped by air cargo the entire room materials to Kinshasa for installation.
September 2019, we dispatched a team to Kinshasa to install the final sample room for the hotel, which the client will approve and serve as the final model for the entire hotel.
Once the bed room furniture material was received, our team of technicians and project manager started the installation work at the hotel site. The whole installation work lasted around 10days, we were given an empty room and had to convert it in to a 5 stars standard bed room, based on the design shown above.
