When choosing a solar panel, we look at both the energy conversion efficiency of the module and its overall cost and maintenance cost, between monocrystalline and polycrystalline panels, with monocrystalline having higher efficiency and higher cost, while polycrystalline have slightly lower efficiency and lower cost.
